• Structural repairs to first floor beams
• Removal acro prop supports for Stones floor (all 32 of them!)
• 'York Stone' floor laid on ground floor
• Restoration of ground floor machinery and ironwork (ongoing
to November 2007)
• New curb ring craned in
• Scaffolding and Heras fencing removed
• Lime rendering of outer walls completed
• Ground floor window shutters installed

• External black paint and render removed
• Bricked up windows & door opened up
• Three phase electricity supply installed
