2009
• Cap and fan stage completed and lifted onto mill (including time capsule in the ball finial)
• Toilet installed inside the mill
• Grain bins designed and built by Richie Green
• “New” set of millstones installed
• Stones furniture constructed and installed by millwrights
• Railings round the mill
• Whitewashed interior walls
• Shutter construction started by mill volunteers
• Handrails installed on ladders

2008
• Lower section of lime render taken off and re-applied by council
• New floorboards laid on Stones floor
• New ladders constructed from the Ground floor
• Millstones lifted
• Ground floor machinery (hurst frame, tentering gear and kibbler) all restored or replaced
• New shears ready, cap construction continues

2007
• Structural repairs to first floor beams
• Removal acro prop supports for Stones floor (all 32 of them!)
• 'York Stone' floor laid on ground floor
• Restoration of ground floor machinery and ironwork (ongoing to November 2007)
• New curb ring craned in
• Scaffolding and Heras fencing removed
• Lime rendering of outer walls completed
• Ground floor window shutters installed

2006
• Scaffolding erected
• External black paint and render removed
• Bricked up windows & door opened up
• Three phase electricity supply installed
• New oak doors and windows installed
• Most of the external renovation completed & new lime render starting to be applied
• Cap, brakewheel, iron cross and shears removed
